Status: Project Proposal Level
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Training of Trainers (ToT) for Solar Electrical System Installation and Maintenance (Levels 1 to 3).

Design the ToT training agenda, session plans, and required training documents based on NSDA approved Competency Standards (CS) and Competency Based Learning Materials (CBLM).

Deliver CBT&A based Solar ToT sessions, including micro teaching, assessment simulations, and occupational safety practices.

Conduct pre and post ToT assessments to evaluate trainer competency and readiness.

Support Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and certification of the trainers.

Contribute to ToT documentation, reporting, and recommendations.
Qualifications & Experience:

University degree Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

English C1 (CEFR) and Bangla fluent.

At least 8 years of professional experience in solar electrical systems and/or renewable energy training.

At least 5 years of experience in Training of Trainers (ToT) and competency based training.

At least 3 years of experience leading training sessions or acting as senior trainer/facilitator.
-
At least 3 years of experience in projects in South Asia, including Bangladesh.

Experience in donor funded or public sector skills development projects is an asset.

Proven experience in developing and using assessment tools, conducting trainer evaluations, and applying occupational health and safety practices.
