Status:  Project Proposal Level

An international development project is seeking 5 qualified Training Centre Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate implementation of training activities between the project authority, the contractor, and the assigned training institution.

  • Support planning and implementation of ToT, pilot trainings, assessments, and monitoring visits at centre level.

  • Facilitate communication, scheduling, logistics, and documentation at the training centre.

  • Support trainee mobilisation and implementation of gender responsive measures.

  • Contribute to periodic progress, Career fair, and monitoring reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, TVET, Education, Management, or a related field.

  • Bangla fluent and English B2.

  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in training coordination, project implementation, or TVET programmes.

  • Minimum 5 years’ Experience working with technical training institutions in Bangladesh.

  • Experience working with training institutions in different regions of Bangladesh is preferred.

  • 3 years of Experience in donor funded or public sector skills development projects.

  • Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between project authorities, training institutions, trainers, and other stakeholders.
